Taught by Nyki Hazell – 200hr Yoga Teacher in a style that is welcoming and accessible.
I have practised various styles of Yoga on and off over the years and I still love the magic of a Yoga class. Whatever the style, it’s impossible not to come away from Yoga, feeling better than when you went in!
There are so many benefits to a regular yoga practise – so invite more space, balance and connection into your life and come along and see how you like my class.
I feel really honoured to be able to teach and share Yoga with others, recognising that I am as much the student too.

My Style of Yoga
Yoga is about more than just making ‘yoga-esque’ shapes. Breathing, Meditation and Philosophy are important ‘limbs’ of yoga, so I try to weave them into each class. I teach friendly and inclusive classes that are suitable for anyone starting out, through to more intermediate Yogis.
What to wear?
Yoga doesn’t need to involve fancy lycra or special equipment. Practise barefoot and wear comfortable clothes that allow movement, with something warm for lying in Savasana relaxation afterwards.
Do I need a mat?
I have plenty of mats, blocks & blankets just bring water if you like to drink during yoga.

'Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self' -
The Bhagavad Gita
Yoga isn’t about being a pretzel, it’s about carving out that sacred space for yourself whenever you can and re-awakening your mind-body connection by moving and breathing with intention; then little by little, you will uncover more of your true self.
'Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind' -
Patanjali (Indian sage and philosopher credited with compiling The Yoga Sutras)
Yoga nurtures our body’s fascia — the connective tissue that supports and stabilises our body. Through mindful movement and stretching, Yoga helps release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall mobility, allowing you to move more freely and feel more balanced in everyday life.
Invite space and balance into your life with regular Yoga practise
The Mindfulness that is innate in Yoga invites you to connect deeply with your breath and body, activating the parasympathetic nervous system (our ‘rest and digest’ mode). By practicing mindfulness, we encourage relaxation, reduce stress and promote better digestion, helping to achieve a sense of calm and balance both on and off the mat.
'The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.'–
Sakyong Mipham (Tibetan lama and spiritual leader)
